  Appointments are hard to get as he's popular and the only vet here. He's never steered me wrong with all my rescues. He's my go to! Prices competitive with other quality vets. Dr. Sasser always gives options and likes to keep it inexpensive as possible. If he's not sure of something he'll research it or call state. I'm picky when it comes to vets. I LOVE this one! So personable. Been here since 2008.

  Have used this office in the past and was happy, but just got refused an appointment for my new kitten on the grounds that they are "not taking new clients and since I haven't been since 2013, I am classified as a new client."

  I just absolutely love this office. I always love how Dr. Sasser says, before he leaves the room "Do you have any questions?" If he doesn't know or is guessing, he'll tell you. The wait time....if there are no emergencies that show up it's pretty much spot on. Maybe a 5 minute wait but rarely over that . If there are no appts and you feel it's urgent, drop them off at 8AM and he'll get back to you later in the day with his findings when you pick up your pet. ********* I'm glad I changed vets! Very competent, remembers me and my pets when we walk in, goes over everything and willing to answer questions. Not in a rush to get me out. Generous discount on a stray emaciated dog we brought in that needed overnight care. Wonderful up to date office equipment.
